Marc Maret

Group CEO, Strategic Advisor and Business Developer

Meet Marc, a dedicated CEO and international executive, Strategic Advisor, and Business Developer. With a background rooted in Management and IT Consulting, Marc honed his skills in general management, business development, and organizational transformation.

Prior to founding Vector8, he served as Managing Director Switzerland and held key European Leadership roles at Valtech, a renowned experience innovation consulting and delivery firm. Marc's journey is fuelled by building high performing organizations paired with a deep commitment to delivering value for people and clients.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in 1998, anchoring his practice with solid academic foundations.

Christoph Thommen

Group COO, Expert Delivery, Operation and organizational excellence

Meet Christoph, an accomplished COO and international executive with a stellar track record in operational excellence, building distributed delivery teams, and capacity planning. He spearheads initiatives to optimize operations, crafting dynamic teams, and implementing efficient resource planning strategies. Christoph ensures our company's agility and responsiveness, driving delivery excellence and client value.

Prior to founding Vector8, he held key Global Leadership roles at Valtech, a leading experience innovation consulting firm. Christoph's journey is rooted in technology leadership across various roles, including software development, CTO, and COO for product and IT consulting companies.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in 2009, anchoring his practice with solid academic foundations.

Chris Daplyn

Group CCO, Client Centric Growth Leader

Meet Chris, a proven leader with over 22 years of experience of helping clients achieve their business objectives through technology, data and creativity. Chris will drive the vector8 growth strategy, unlocking true value for our clients, both new and existing.

Chris has worked closely with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them transform to be relevant in the modern world. His career has all been in client focused growth roles, broadening to leadership when he became Managing Director of Wunderman in 2015 as part of a 10-year tenure at WPP which culminated in being CEO of Mirum in Europe. Chris joined Valtech in 2021 as UK MD where he tripled the size of the business in 3 years and played a key role in EU Senior Leadership team.

Zlatka Trajcheska

Manager North Macedonia

Meet Zlatka, a renowned professional boasting over a decade of expertise, spanning experience in the IT industry both in North Macedonia and internationally. Her commitment to quality, professionalism, and respect fuels the very essence of our company culture and sets the standard for excellence.

Throughout her career, Zlatka has been engaged in management and team leadership roles, guiding individual and team growth, as well as developing, implementing and optimizing processes to support and enhance people’s efficiency and effectiveness. Zlatka has seamlessly managed project life cycles and led cross-functional teams to success, all supported by her robust background in software engineering and technical mastery. With her profound understanding of complex systems, she ensures our delivery and organizational growth.

She earned her Master in Computer Sciences at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in 2014, with academic excellences, coupled with her contributions to various international research teams.

Catherine F. Simon

Group CPO, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Development

Meet Catherine, an esteemed global executive and Chief People Officer with a track record of fostering organizational growth and nurturing talent. Catherine brings a global perspective and a results-oriented approach to her role as Vector8's Global Chief People Officer. With over 17 years of experience, she's a champion for building high-performing teams and scaling HR operations for companies experiencing hyper-growth.

Catherine's prior roles include leading the expansion of a Swiss digital agency in Serbia and spearheading HR at Scaleway, where she recruited extensively while maintaining high satisfaction ratings. Her diverse background spans multiple sectors, adding depth to her expertise in people management.
