However, uncertainty remained around how to implement these technologies in a scalable, user-centric, and sustainable way. To address this, Siemens launched a strategic GenAI initiative with external support.

Our Contribution

  • Developed a GenAI roadmap aligned with Siemens’ overarching strategic goals
  • Delivered targeted training sessions and workshops for end users, business units, and leadership teams
  • Established a “train-the-trainer” program to build a scalable, self-sustaining GenAI community within the organization

  • Trained over 100 teams, enabling long-term knowledge transfer through the internal trainer network
  • Build a 50-member ambassador community to foster peer-to-peer support and knowledge sharing
  • Continuously enhanced Siemens-GPT, including new features such as custom GPT creation, web integration, and internal search capabilities
