Vector8 Group Modern Slavery Policy & Statement

1. Policy Statement

Vector8 Group is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our business activities. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation. We take seriously our responsibility to prevent these abuses both in our own operations and in our global supply chains.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all entities within the Vector8 Group, including all affiliates and subsidiaries, irrespective of geographic location. It covers all business operations, supply chains, and associated partners globally, with particular attention to compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant EU regulations, as well as local legislation in other jurisdictions where we operate.

3. Organisational Structure and Supply Chains

Vector8 Group is an international AI transformation partner operating across Europe and beyond. Our supply chains include professional services, software, consulting, and other business partners and contractors.

4. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

We prohibit the use of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in any areas of our business or supply chains. Our key policies include:

  • A Code of Conduct for employees and suppliers.
  • Grievance mechanisms allowing any individual to report violations in confidence.
  • Supplier onboarding processes requiring compliance with modern slavery laws.
  • Regular policy reviews and updates.

5. Due Diligence

Vector8 Group conducts due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. Our due diligence process includes:

  • Risk assessments on the likelihood of slavery or trafficking occurring.
  • Contract clauses that bind suppliers to our anti-slavery standards.
  • Investigative procedures and, where necessary, independent third-party audits.

6. Risk Assessment and Management

While the risk of modern slavery within our company and supply chain is low, it is assessed annually.

7. Training

All employees in every country and subsidiary will receive anti-bribery training at induction and via refresher courses..

8. Reporting

All employees, suppliers, and third parties are encouraged to report any concerns related to slavery or trafficking. Concerns can be raised confidentially and without fear of reprisal via Market Leads or Group HR.

9. Governance

This policy and statement have been approved by the Company Board of Directors. The policy is reviewed annually. The statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent provisions in relevant EU legislation and constitutes our annual modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
