Initial Situation

A Swiss bank’s Marketing Department aims to develop a unified AI strategy. A clear vision, use cases, and governance frameworks are to be established to leverage opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The project is designed to result in a “Marketing AI Booklet” that outlines a practical roadmap for the years ahead.

Our Contribution

  • Defined an AI Code of Conduct, based on core beliefs, to guide AI usage within the Marketing Department Switzerland
  • Established guardrails and clear guidance on acceptable AI applications, including disclosure standards
  • Created an AI Governance framework for the management team, outlining the department’s AI vision, goals, and roles and responsibilities
  • Developed the AI Booklet – a hands-on guide with prompting tips, tools, and risk considerations for everyday marketing work
