Managing internal knowledge with Kickstart Platform AVA

Initial Situation

A leading energy provider in Switzerland identified Generative AI as a key enabler for improving efficiency and modernizing internal processes. However, there was uncertainty around how to integrate the technology into existing workflows in a scalable, user-friendly, and secure way. To address this, the leading energy provider initiated a structured pilot project using the Kickstart Platform AVA (our modular GenAI platform for enterprise-ready applications).

Our Contribution

• Designed and built the Kickstart Platform AVA as an AI assistant for knowledge management and text enhancement
• Conducted a pilot phase with prototyping, validated testing, and iterative optimization based on user feedback
• Integrated the solution into existing systems to enable a seamless transition into productive environments and supported future scaling
