A leading energy provider in Switzerland identified Generative AI as a key enabler for improving efficiency and modernizing internal processes. However, there was uncertainty around how to integrate the technology into existing workflows in a scalable, user-friendly, and secure way. To address this, the leading energy provider initiated a structured pilot project using the Kickstart Platform AVA (our modular GenAI platform for enterprise-ready applications).
