- Executed the ideation phase using our Product-Market-Fit methodology
- Planned and ran multi-day ideation sprints with both partners, applying tools such as the Value Proposition Canvas, Kano Model, and revenue stream definition
- Conducted initial hallway tests to validate the concept with target users
- Created a compelling pitch deck including early-stage mockups
