We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Data & AI to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager at Vector8, you will play a key role in leading projects to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our clients across different industries, domains and geographies.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Supporting our sales team in pre-sales conversations with potential clients, RfP processes and demonstrating our capabilities and value proposition in the AI domain.
• Defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
• Assisting in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.
• Supporting Product Owners in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Promoting empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
• Working closely together with our center of excellence in Skopje, where you will coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's needs and expectations.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in AI, and sharing your knowledge and insights with our team, clients and events.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will join our team and work on exciting AI projects for the Insurance and Banking sectors. You will collaborate with leading Swiss and international clients, delivering high-quality AI solutions from prototype to operation. You will manage and deliver solutions that will contribute to their AI transformation and strategy. • Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role, working at the intersection of business and technology.
• Deep expertise in project  management processes and frameworks such as agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or tradidional frameworks (Prince2, PMI)
• Deep knowledge in leading technical, operational, and strategic client projects in areas such as Data, AI, and Cloud
• Have a charismatic and convincing character, capable of building, sustaining, and expanding business relationships with clients
• Leading consulting and delivery projects from end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
• Familiar with the Swiss business landscape and have an existing network of decision-makers, preferrably in the sectors of Insurance and Banking,.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willing to travel, both within Switzerland and internationally, to meet clients or collaborate with our center of excellence in Skopje.
