About the role
As a (Senior) Strategy Manager at vector8 in Switzerland, you will partner with leading Financial Services and Insurance clients to design and implement AI-driven strategies. Together, you shape business transformations — from refining propositions that deliver measurable business outcomes to driving change management and optimizing organizational design.

You will join a small, entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary team where your expertise will directly shape the firm’s impact. This role requires strong consulting foundations, a passion for networking and business development, experience in leading teams and a willingness to travel for client engagements.

About the role
As a (Senior) Data & AI Consultant at vector8 in Switzerland, you will partner with leading Financial Services and Insurance clients to design and implement AI-driven strategies that deliver true value. 

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with clients and influence senior stakeholders

• Develop strategies and translate them into actionable, technology-enabled solutions

• Lead workshops and conduct conceptual work

• Enable technical implementations (for example, AI applications)

• Consult clients on the organizational aspects of successful Data & AI transformations (governance, processes, change management, etc.) together with the strategy consultants in your team

• Contribute to business development and proposition growth

You will join a small, entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary team where your expertise will directly shape the firm’s impact. This role requires strong consulting foundations, an expertise in Data & AI, and a willingness to travel for client engagements.

As Head of AI Solutions at vector8, you will lead Swiss client engagements from a tech perspective, delivering innovative AI solutions in the insurance and banking sectors. You will build and manage a team based in Switzerland, working closely with pre-sales and client-facing teams to understand and solve complex challenges. The role involves travel to engage with clients and teams, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering strong client relationships.
 
Working alongside client executives and delivery leads, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, robust AI solutions for our clients across our core industries and domains.
