About the role
As a (Senior) Strategy Consultant at vector8 in our Swiss team, you will support clients in developing and implementing their AI strategies, driving change management, and optimizing organizational design within the Financial Services and Insurance sector. You will leverage your expertise to refine propositions that drive revenue and deliver tangible business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, influencing stakeholders, doing conceptual work and leading workshops to ensure successful AI transformations.
You will be part of a small, multi-disciplinary team, with opportunities to build and grow your own team over time. This role requires a passion for business development, networking, and a willingness to travel.

Engineering Manager (Skopje)

North Macedonia

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in revolutionizing the banking and insurance industries through cutting-edge AI technologies. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you bring a strong technical background in Fullstack engineering, with solid experience in DevOps and QA. While hands-on machine learning expertise is not required, we do value curiosity, interest, and a standard engineering-level understanding of it. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and leading a talented team to achieve ambitious delivery goals, establishing best practices for software development, and collaborating with other team leads to define and prioritize work. We work across borders in blended, multi-cultural teams.

As Head of AI Solutions at vector8, you will lead Swiss client engagements from a tech perspective, delivering innovative AI solutions in the insurance and banking sectors. You will build and manage a team based in Switzerland, working closely with pre-sales and client-facing teams to understand and solve complex challenges. The role involves travel to engage with clients and teams, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

Working alongside client executives and delivery leads, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, robust AI solutions for our clients across our core industries and domains.
