We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Developer Data & AI to join our team. As a key member of Vector8, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base in the Data & AI sectors. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies that align with our mission of leading the AI transition in the Insurance and Finance industries.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with potential clients in the Insurance and Finance sectors to understand their needs and propose tailored AI and data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to design and deliver customized AI solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Represent Vector8 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and reputation in the market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with Vector8's strategic goals and capabilities.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the Data & AI industry, preferably with a focus on the Insurance and Finance sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications in business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Full proficiency in Germand and English and other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
