The Vertical Consulting Lead, Retail & Luxury is responsible for driving business growth and service excellence within the retail and luxury industry vertical. Your priority market initially will be UK but you will also work across Switzerland and France to develop the vertical.  You will play a key role in the vertical’s performance, including thought leadership, strategy creation and execution and revenue generation.

You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, especially for consulting and tech-related roles, with a strong focus on pipeline building and nurturing. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and capability leads across multiple markets, so a solid understanding of cross-cultural collaboration is essential.
