As a (senior) Principal AI Transformation Consultant, you will shape and lead high-impact AI transformations for leading Swiss organizations. You own complex engagements end-to-end—advising executives, shaping strategies, designing pragmatic roadmaps, and ensuring adoption and value realization. 

You bring the mindset of a strategic advisor, the empathy of a change leader, and the pragmatism of a builder. You understand AI well enough to challenge, inspire, and steer discussions, and you excel at translating business ambition into concrete initiatives, use cases, and value. You orchestrate multidisciplinary teams—domain experts, data and AI specialists, and solution architects—toward shared, measurable outcomes. 

The role is primarily based in Switzerland and involves travel to client sites and collaboration with colleagues across Europe. 

As a Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architect, you will define, design, and guide the implementation of modern, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructures that are essential to unlocking AI at scale. You will partner with executives, technology leaders, AI specialists, and delivery teams to shape cloud strategies, architecture blueprints, and transformation roadmaps that enable secure, efficient, and future-ready environments. 

You bring deep expertise in cloud platforms—especially AWS and/or Microsoft Azure—paired with strong hybrid architecture experience across on-prem and cloud infrastructures. You understand how cloud architectures, data platforms, and enterprise ecosystems must evolve to support AI workloads, modern applications, and accelerated innovation. 

The role is based primarily in Switzerland and includes travel to client sites and collaboration with Vector8 teams across Europe.

You bring deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture for data and AI, combined with the willingness and ability to dive into code, validate architectural decisions, and help delivery teams move forward. You are comfortable navigating complex system landscapes, legacy environments, and strict requirements around security, compliance, and data protection. 

In close partnership with Vector8’s Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architect, you co-design the cloud, data, and AI foundations that enable organizations to scale AI from individual use cases to a sustainable, enterprise-wide capability.
