The Lead Architect plays a pivotal role at vector8. You will define, design, and build enterprise-grade data and AI solutions for some of the most complex organisations in France. You are not only an architect, but you are also a hands-on solution designer and occasional coder who shapes systems and guides teams through implementation.  

You bring deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture for data and AI, combined with the willingness and ability to dive into code, validate architectural decisions, and help delivery teams move forward. You are comfortable navigating complex system landscapes, legacy environments, and strict requirements around security, compliance, and data protection.  

In close partnership with vector8’s Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architect, you co-design the cloud, data, and AI foundations that enable organisations to scale AI from individual use cases to a sustainable, enterprise-wide capability.

The role is based primarily in France, with travel to client sites and collaboration with teams across Europe.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at vector8, you will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions that bridge the gap between research and production. Your work will focus on integrating and fine-tuning AI Models, optimizing the model performance, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability. 

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will: 

• Develop andoptimizeLLMand VLM-powered solutions for enterprise use cases
• Develop andoptimizeTTS, STT and ML models.
• Apply software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, modular design, documentation)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers,MLOps, cloud architects, and business stakeholders)
• Solve real-world enterprise challenges (security, compliance, legacy system integration)
• Own the full lifecycle of AI models, from data exploration to production monitoring

You will work closely with vector8’s Engineers and Project Managers to co-design AI foundations that enable organizations to scale AI from individual use cases to enterprise-wide capabilities.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at vector8, you will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions that bridge the gap between research and production. Your work will focus on integrating and fine-tuning AI Models, optimizing the model performance, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability.

You bring proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects in banking, from strategy through execution and now want to apply that expertise to the most impactful technology shift of the decade.

You know how banks work from the inside - their politics, procurement cycles, and pain points - and you can position AI solutions in a language that resonates with both the front office and the board. We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst Data & AI who combines analytical precision, client leadership, and technical depth. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable data and AI solutions. 

The role requires a strong grasp of data processes, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the skill to align strategic business goals with technical realities. You will serve as the "translator," ensuring that our AI implementations solve the right problems and deliver tangible value from concept to go-live.
