Helsana’s complex SharePoint-based intranet made it hard for employees to access relevant knowledge efficiently. The goal was to create a scalable, AI-driven solution that improves accessibility while meeting compliance and IT standards. Instead of a standalone prototype, Helsana aimed to establish a governance-compliant AI blueprint as a productive foundation for future modular AI use cases.

Our Contribution

  • Designed and implemented a scalable, modular AI solution within Helsana’s Azure environment
