As part of a Generative AI pilot project, a Swiss bank explored how AI could improve business processes across key departments. Three high-impact use cases were selected for rapid prototyping and implementation within a secure environment using the Kickstart Platform AVA (our modular GenAI platform for enterprise-ready applications):
- A Content Coach to support marketing teams with automated content creation
- frankly fellow, a RAG-based knowledge management solution for customer inquiries
- An Asset Management Chatbot and Report Creator to automate market analysis and enhance decision-making support
Our Contribution
- Accelerated implementation through focused deep dives and agile development on the Kickstart Platform AVA
- Run a 3-month pilot phase with 100+ test users from Marketing, Asset Management, and Customer Support
- Integrated feedback loops to continuously improve modules and optimize the user experience
