The introduction of Generative AI in companies is comparable to the leap from typewriters to computers. It represents a step-change in efficiency and consistency, opening entirely new avenues for innovation and growth. As a customer-focused financial services provider with over 3,500 employees and more than 2.4 million customers, VNTR by PostFinance recognized the potential of empowering its workforce through GenAI to unlock significant productivity gains. The goal was to enable multimodal content generation within digital workflows — at the push of a button — and to embed this seamlessly into everyday work routines.
Our Contribution
- Delivered GenAI modules for five common, repetitive tasks using our Kickstart Platform AVA:

- Paraphrase and enhance text content
- Translate internal documents
- Enabled users to create and assign content outputs directly to projects or initiate new workflows
- Implemented advanced prompt engineering strategies, including few-shot prompting and multi-page prompt design
- Combined multiple AI technologies within our Kickstart Platform AVA to improve response quality and ensure alignment with communication standards
- Established a detailed style guide to maintain brand voice and consistency in all generated content
